A good rule of thumb is that more heaters means more even heat distribution across the cabin. Our 1-Person Hemlock sauna features 6 carbon heaters for a solo experience, while the 6-Person Cedar Infrared Sauna steps up to 10 carbon heaters to ensure every seat in the room reaches a comfortable temperature. We recommend matching the heater count to the size of the cabin you choose.
Our infrared saunas are designed with home installation in mind and arrive with pre-drilled panels and clear assembly instructions, so most customers are able to set them up without professional help. That said, we always recommend having a second person on hand for the larger 6-person cedar model given its size and panel weight.
